This site (available at andrezaaraujo.com/73-segundos and its PT/EN/ES subdirectories) is owned by SAFETY UP CONSULTORIA E COMERCIO DE PRODUTOS LTDA, registered under CNPJ 35.064.250/0001-70, with headquarters at Alameda Rio Negro 503, Alphaville, Barueri/SP, 06454-000, Brazil, hereinafter the PROVIDER.

The USER is the natural or legal person accessing the site. By accessing it, the USER acknowledges and agrees, unconditionally, with the entirety of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

The site's content — including text, images, video, audio, marks, and data — is the intellectual product of the PROVIDER, its collaborators, and third-party licensors. It constitutes intellectual property protected by law.

The free availability of content occurs through a mere license of use, of a precarious and temporary nature. There is no transfer of ownership or redistribution license.

The prohibition extends to any reproduction, even when intended for exclusive personal use.

The 73 Seconds — A Preventable Disaster documentary and its teasers and trailers are hosted on the official Andreza Araújo channel on YouTube, in free mode.

When playing any video, the USER is redirected to the YouTube platform and becomes subject to YouTube's own terms (Google LLC), in addition to these Terms.

The documentary uses images and audiovisual materials from public sources and institutional archives — including, without limitation, NASA, C-SPAN, ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), and the United Engineering Foundation.

Full credits appear in the audiovisual work itself. The use of such materials follows the licenses and terms of the original sources.

Third-party marks, names, and logos that may appear belong to their respective owners and are referenced for editorial and informational context.

The PROVIDER makes reasonable efforts to keep the site available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with all devices.

The PROVIDER is not responsible for interruptions due to maintenance, the USER's internet failures, third-party platform unavailability (YouTube, Cloudflare, Google Analytics), or acts of God or force majeure.

The documentary and supporting materials are educational and informational in nature, addressing organizational safety culture. They do not constitute specific technical, legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice for any concrete case.
